Dans le cadre de l'expansion de ses activités, mon client, une entreprise dynamique spécialisée dans la location et la vente de véhicules hybrides et électriques à destination des chauffeurs professionnels.
Nous recherchons un(e) Sales Development Representative (SDR) motivé(e) et organisé(e),.
Missions principales :
- Contacter des prospects qualifiés (BtoB ou BtoC) via des appels sortants à partir de leads fournis
- Identifier les besoins clients, présenter les produits ou services et susciter l'intérêt
- Prendre des rendez-vous qualifiés pour les commerciaux ou conclure la vente directe selon le modèle
- Suivre et mettre à jour les informations clients dans le CRM
- Assurer un suivi rigoureux des relances : appels, emails, SMS
- Atteindre les objectifs journaliers en nombre d'appels, rendez vous honnoré
Profil recherché :
- DUT, BTS, BAC+2, Bac+3
- Excellente communication orale en français
- Expérience avérée dans l'émission d'appels (centres d'appels, prospection commerciale, télévente…)
- Goût pour le challenge, bonne capacité d'écoute et de persuasion
- À l'aise avec les outils informatiques et les CRM
- Autonomie, rigueur et sens des objectifs
