Role Description
This is an internship role for an Office Manager based in Fez with a hybrid work environment, allowing for a combination of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, managing office equipment and supplies, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring smooth office functionality. Additionally, the candidate will provide support to maintain a professional and efficient customer-centric environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks.
- Experience in managing and operating Office Equipment efficiently.
- Organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in common office software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- A positive and adaptable attitude in a teamwork-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
