En tant que Growth Manager, vous serez responsable de la définition et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies de croissance digitale, en vous appuyant sur l'analyse
de données et la collaboration interfonctionnelle.
Vos responsabilités incluent :
- Audit et optimisation des canaux d'acquisition : analyser les performances,
identifier les points de friction dans les parcours clients, et prioriser les actions à
fort impact.
- Suivi et amélioration des parcours utilisateurs : mettre en place des tableaux
de bord pour suivre le trafic, la conversion et l'engagement.
- Conception et exécution de stratégies de croissance : développer des
expériences centrées sur l'amélioration du cycle de vie client.
- Marketing data-driven : utiliser les données pour orienter les décisions
stratégiques et optimiser les performances.
- Collaboration transverse : travailler étroitement avec les équipes produit,
marketing et commerciales pour aligner les objectifs de croissance
