Our Morocco office acts as a strategic hub for Francophone Africa. To accelerate our expansion, we are recruiting our future Country Manager to lead operations and commercial growth across the region.

Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership
- Manage the P&L for Morocco and Francophone Africa, acting as a regional growth hub.
- Deploy the Group's strategic portfolio with a dominant focus on HR & Payroll offerings.
- Approve commercial proposals and secure profitability, margins and compliance.
- Build and lead a local team across Casablanca/Rabat with strong Arago culture.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Activate qualified opportunities, no cold calling, high-value consultative approach.
- Develop a solid HR & Payroll executive network in the region.
- Contribute to sales proposals, pre-sales actions and closing cycles.
- Establish Arago as a reference partner in HR & Payroll across the region.
Client Relationships & Ecosystem Influence
- Build long-term relationships with HR, Finance and C-level stakeholders.
- Represent Arago in events, partner networks and local HR ecosystems.
- Strengthen collaboration between Headquarters, Delivery, Sales & HR teams to ensure excellence.
- 5+ years experience in HR Tech, Payroll solutions, Consulting or B2B Services.
- Proven P&L ownership or regional growth leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR & Payroll processes and market dynamics in Africa.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on commercial drive (hunter & builder profile).
- Credibility with executive stakeholders and ability to influence without imposing.
- Fluent in French & English (Arabic is a plus).
- Autonomous, structured, entrepreneurial with strong cross-cultural agility.
