Student Success Coordinator

Location: Casablanca, Gauthier | Full-time

Main Responsibilities

Student Club & Class Organization:

  • Help organize and manage student clubs and activities that foster community, leadership, and engagement.
  • Organize classes (SAT, TOEFL, essay writing, etc.), prepare schedules, and track student attendance and engagement.

University Admissions Support

  • Assist students through the full university application process (USA, Canada, Europe, Asia...).
  • Help them choose universities, organize documents, meet deadlines, and understand financial aid options.
  • Guide students through essay writing, brainstorming, editing, and refining their personal statements.

Student Guidance & Mentoring

  • Track student progress and test performance.
  • Motivate and mentor students in setting and achieving goals.
  • Answer questions from students and parents about study abroad paths.

Outreach, Sales & Administrative Tasks

  • Occasionally participate in sales and onboarding of new students.
  • Maintain and update our internal university database.
  • Assist with orientation events and parent communication.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory
  • A university degree taught entirely in English is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys helping students grow
  • Any experience with studying abroad or working in a similar education or admissions business is highly valued
  • Experience in class or activity organization is a strong plus

Working hours

We operate with two sets of working hours. Candidates who are flexible and able to alternate between both when needed will be prioritized:

  • Option 1: Monday to Friday, 9h00–18h00
  • Option 2: Tuesday to Friday, 16h00–22h00 + Saturday & Sunday, 12h00–21h00
