Smart Fit est l'un des plus grands réseaux internationaux de fitness, présent dans plusieurs pays et reconnu pour la qualité de ses installations, son innovation et son accessibilité.
Dans le cadre de notre développement au Maroc, nous recherchons un(e) Project Manager Architect disposant d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience pour piloter et coordonner nos projets d'aménagement et de construction de clubs Smart Fit.
Missions principales
Gérer l'ensemble du projet architectural : études de faisabilité, conception, suivi technique et exécution.
Concevoir et adapter les plans conformément aux standards architecturaux et à l'identité visuelle Smart Fit.
Coordonner les intervenants internes et externes (bureaux d'études, ingénieurs, sous-traitants, fournisseurs).
Superviser le respect des plannings, budgets et normes locales (urbanisme, sécurité, accessibilité).
Piloter les appels d'offres et participer à la sélection des prestataires.
Contrôler la qualité des réalisations et assurer la conformité aux standards Smart Fit.
Rendre compte de l'avancement des projets à la direction.
Profil recherché
Diplôme en architecture (Bac+5 ou équivalent).
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets architecturaux, idéalement dans la grande distribution, le retail ou les espaces commerciaux.
Excellente maîtrise des logiciels de conception et de gestion (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Project…).
Solides compétences en planification, coordination et gestion budgétaire.
Sens du leadership, organisation et capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets en parallèle.
Maîtrise obligatoire du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
