Full-time – Permanent Contract
We are looking for a
German-speaking Inside Sales Representative
with an excellent command of
both German and English
to join an international IT solutions provider based in Casablanca.
Language skills are the
top priority
for this role, you will be the main point of contact for
German-speaking clients
and global partners across Europe.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage
accurate and competitive quotations
for B2B clients (resellers, integrators, and technology partners). - Ensure
proactive communication
and efficient order management for your assigned customer portfolio. - Collaborate with
sales representatives, engineers, and vendor partners
to deliver the best possible commercial and technical solutions. - Provide
after-sales support
, resolve delivery or billing issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction. - Identify
new business opportunities
through upselling, cross-selling, and customer engagement. - Contribute actively to
team performance and sales growth
in a collaborative environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent German and English
(both written and spoken),
mandatory requirement
. - 1–2 years of experience
in sales support, quoting, or inside sales (preferably in IT or distribution). - Strong
communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
. - Excellent
organization and attention to detail
with a customer-first mindset. - Familiarity with
ERP/CRM systems
(SAP, Salesforce, etc.) and solid MS Office knowledge. - A motivated, proactive, and adaptable personality ready to grow within a fast-paced international team.
