Inside Sales Representative – German Speaker
to join their growing Sales Operations team in Casablanca.


Key Responsibilities:

As part of the Inside Sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting business growth and maintaining strong client relationships. Your main duties will include:

  • Preparing and managing
    accurate quotations (BOMs)
    while ensuring pricing alignment and registration accuracy.
  • Handling your
    customer portfolio
    with proactive communication, order management, and account follow-up.
  • Collaborating closely with
    Field Sales Representatives
    , supplier partners, and internal technical teams to deliver optimized commercial offers.
  • Providing
    after-sales support
    , including order tracking, backlog management, and issue resolution.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through
    upselling, cross-selling, and technical guidance
    .
  • Contributing to
    sales targets and performance goals
    within a structured, international environment.


Profile Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English
    (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • 1–2 years of experience
    in Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Quoting (preferably in the IT or distribution industry).
  • Strong
    communication and interpersonal
    skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with
    precision, organization, and autonomy
    .
  • Familiarity with
    ERP/CRM systems
    and the
    Microsoft Office Suite
    .
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with a strong customer service orientation.
