Role and Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master at Webloo, you will be instrumental in:

  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
  • Coaching and mentoring development teams on Agile principles and practices.
  • Removing impediments and ensuring the team is focused on achieving sprint goals.
  • Promoting self-organization and cross-functionality within the team.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized product backlog.
  • Fostering a transparent and communicative environment.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the team and across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is a plus.
