Your Role
As a Leasing Agent & Client Relations Specialist, you'll be the connection between Canadian property managers and future tenants.
You'll help people find new homes while helping our clients rent their units faster — all while learning the tools and systems used by top North American companies.
You'll be trained, guided, and trusted to take ownership of your work. Every day, you'll build real communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills that will shape your professional future.
What You'll Do
- Post and update property listings on online platforms
- Respond to tenant inquiries by phone, email, or SMS
- Schedule and confirm property visits with the Canadian team
- Follow up with leads and assist with tenant screening
- Support the lease signing and move-in process using DocuSign and Buildium
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English (spoken & written) – this is a must
- French is a plus but not required
- Clear and confident communicator
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with computers and digital tools (we'll train you)
- A positive mindset and a genuine desire to grow professionally
