Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall performance of our Casablanca branch. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, multilingual proficiency, and a solid background in business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Lead and motivate the branch team to meet sales targets and service quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and manage budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Build strong client relationships and represent the company in the local community.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.
- Collaborate with headquarters and other branches for alignment and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of managerial or supervisory experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Languages: Must be fluent in English, French, and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
