Offre d'emploi – Manager de Restaurant Fast-Food (H/F) – Kénitra
Ouverture prévue début octobre 2025
Nous recherchons un(e) Manager expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre nouvelle enseigne de restauration rapide à Kénitra.
Missions principales : Assurer la bonne gestion opérationnelle du restaurant (organisation, hygiène, qualité, rapidité de service).
Encadrer, former et motiver l'équipe en salle et en cuisine.
Veiller au respect des standards de l'enseigne (procédures, recettes, accueil client).
Gérer les stocks, les commandes fournisseurs et le suivi des coûts.
Suivre les indicateurs de performance (CA, rentabilité, satisfaction client).
Participer activement au lancement et au développement du restaurant.
Profil recherché :
Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire en restauration rapide ou restauration moderne.
Leadership naturel et sens de l'organisation.
Bon relationnel, capacité à gérer une équipe et à travailler sous pression.
Connaissance des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP).
Disponible, impliqué(e) et motivé(e) par le challenge d'une ouverture.
Localisation :
Kénitra – ouverture prévue début octobre 2025.
