About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Engineer
with strong expertise in the
power generation and solar energy sector
to join our UAE operations. The role involves driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering technical-commercial solutions to clients in renewable energy and power infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities in the
    power and solar energy sector
    .
  • Build relationships with EPC contractors, developers, consultants, and government entities.
  • Conduct market research to identify project opportunities, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the UAE and GCC region.
  • Prepare and present proposals, feasibility studies, and technical-commercial offers for power and solar projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop optimized technical solutions.
  • Participate in tenders, contract negotiations, and project closing activities.
  • Represent the company at renewable energy exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development within the
    power, renewable energy, or solar PV sector
    .
  • Strong understanding of power plant systems, solar PV technologies, and related engineering solutions.
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English and French; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Willingness to relocate to the UAE with immediate availability.
