Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Marrakesh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales plans.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy and Planning, Market Research, and Business Development skills
- Team Management, Leadership, and Training skills
- Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills
- Analysis and Reporting skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
