Nous recherchons un Technicien Lean Manufacturing pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique dans le secteur industriel, Poste basé à Casablanca.

Missions :

  • Assurer le support opérationnel des projets Lean et d'amélioration continue au sein de l'usine
  • Collecter, analyser et consolider les données de production (temps, rendements, TRS, rebuts, retouches, etc.)
  • Participer aux études et chrono analyse des opérations
  • Suivre l'avancement des chantiers Lean
  • Contribuer à la mise à jour et à l'animation des tableaux de bord et du management visuel
  • Participer à la rédaction et à la mise à jour des modes opératoires et standards de travail
  • Sensibiliser et accompagner les opérateurs à l'application des standards Lean
  • Assurer un reporting régulier sur les progrès réalisés et les écarts observés

Profil recherché :

  • Formation Bac+2 / Bac+3 en Génie Industriel, Méthodes, Productique, ou équivalent
  • Connaissances de base en Lean Manufacturing et amélioration continue
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
