Hexcel is currently seeking an
Industrial Engineer
for our
Casablanca
,
Morocco
location.
The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
- Ensure production area processes are running respecting EHS rules and improve them
- Monitors operations with an eye toward improving productivity and efficiency
- Designs efficient production processes and workflows, and ensures that processes are designed to ensure that products meet quality standards
- Reduces waste, addresses production issues, and reviews production schedules, processes, and specifications
- Evaluates data to implement technological improvements in production processes
- Implements controls to monitor costs and minimize production issues
- Works with other departments to develop and design production standards, and generates process documentation and reports
- Prepares production KPI analysis and develop/follow action plans
- With the engineering department review plant layout to ensure optimized flow in the production work cell
- Helps to develop instruction manuals for production personnel, and support on training, coaching, and developing them
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in similar roles
- Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes and standards
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Troubleshooting expertise and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of lean manufacturing and operational excellence
- Engineering degree
