This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  

The Role of Staff accountant:

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Staff accountant to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco 

Reporting directly to our Assistant Director of Finance, the Staff Accountant will play a key role in supporting the Finance Department. This includes maintaining the general ledger and ensuring accurate balance sheet reconciliations. In addition, the role is responsible for supervising various areas within Finance, such as payroll, accounts payable, and general cashiering, in alignment with both local regulations and corporate policies and procedures.

This position requires not only strong accounting expertise but also great enthusiasm, commitment, and an acute ability to problem-solve. A solid work ethic, high proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a high level of integrity are essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate concern for quality, cross-cultural sensitivity, and a natural customer service orientation. Above all, you will embody the Golden Rule, acting as a true cultural advocate within the hotel, creating a great workplace for great people, so together we can deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.

Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
