Missions principales

  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du point de vente.
  • Encadrer, former et motiver l'équipe afin de maintenir un haut niveau de qualité de service.
  • Assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients, en répondant efficacement à leurs besoins.
  • Garantir le respect des standards de service, d'hygiène et de sécurité.
  • Participer à l'élaboration des offres et menus en collaboration avec la cuisine et la direction F&B.
  • Gérer les plannings, la productivité et les coûts opérationnels.
  • Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (ventes, satisfaction client, rentabilité).
  • Développer des actions commerciales et des partenariats pour accroître la notoriété de l'outlet.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme en hôtellerie-restauration, gestion ou domaine équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée en management d'équipe dans la restauration ou l'hôtellerie.
  • Excellentes compétences en service client et gestion opérationnelle.
  • Bonnes connaissances en gestion administrative et financière.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et systèmes de caisse/gestion (POS).
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (une autre langue est un atout).
  • Leadership naturel, sens du détail, dynamisme et capacité à inspirer les équipes.
  • Orientation résultats et capacité à travailler dans un environnement exigeant.
