OFFRE D'EMPLOI – OUTLET MANAGER (ROOFTOP) – H/F

En tant qu'Outlet Manager, vous serez responsable de la gestion opérationnelle quotidienne de notre Rooftop, un espace emblématique de l'établissement, alliant gastronomie d'exception et cadre panoramique.

Votre mission principale : offrir une expérience client inoubliable, fidèle aux standards d'excellence Nobu.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

  • Assurer le bon fonctionnement opérationnel du rooftop (service, logistique, ambiance, coordination).
  • Encadrer, former et inspirer les équipes (Superviseurs, chefs de rang, serveurs, hôtes…).
  • Maintenir une qualité de service irréprochable et garantir la satisfaction client.
  • Développer les performances commerciales et la rentabilité du point de vente.
  • Gérer les plannings, stocks, approvisionnements et outils opérationnels.
  • Veiller au respect strict des normes d'hygiène, de sécurité et des procédures internes.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Chef de Cuisine et les autres départements de l'hôtel.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Expérience confirmée de 5 ans minimum en tant qu'Outlet Manager ou Restaurant Manager dans un établissement haut de gamme ou de luxe.
  • Excellente maîtrise des standards de service premium (LQA...).
  • Expérience réussie dans la gestion d'équipes multiculturelles.
  • Présentation irréprochable et sens du relationnel développé.
  • Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit
