Job Title: Head of Hospitality & Property Operations – SAFAR

About SAFAR:

SAFAR is an innovative startup managing premium apartments (Airbnb, , direct bookings), delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a hands-on operational leader to structure and scale our hospitality and property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all SAFAR apartments (Airbnb, , direct bookings)

Oversee the end-to-end guest experience

Supervise on-ground staff (cleaning, maintenance, partners)

Develop additional revenue streams beyond Airbnb

Structure and scale SAFAR's concierge and hospitality operations

Ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced startup environment

Candidate Profile:

Startup mindset: autonomy, ownership, and strong initiative

3–5 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or operations

Fluent in French and English (Arabic is a strong plus)

Ability to structure and scale complex operations

Opportunities:
