Contexte du Poste :
Responsable de la réussite de programmes complexes de digitalisation (ex : smart factory, jumeaux numériques, IA industrielle). Il/elle pilotera un portefeuille de projets interconnectés, de l'idéation à la livraison, en collaborant avec les directions métier, IT et fournisseurs.
Responsabilités Clés :
- Concevoir la feuille de route stratégique des programmes digitaux (objectifs KPI, budget multi-annuel).
- Superviser plusieurs projets simultanés (IoT, cloud, big data...) et gérer les dépendances techniques.
- Coordonner les équipes pluridisciplinaires (développeurs, data scientists, ingénieurs processus...).
- Garantir l'adoption des solutions par les opérationnels et le ROI.
- Identifier les innovations technologiques (5G, edge computing, etc.) et évaluer leur applicabilité industrielle.
Compétences Requises :
- Techniques :
- Expertise en solutions digitales industrielles.
- Connaissance des architectures techniques (cloud hybride, intégration SI/OT*).
- Maîtrise des cadres agiles (SAFe, LeSS).
- Transverses :
- Négociation client/fournisseur.
- Gestion de portefeuille.
- Pédagogie pour vulgariser des sujets techniques (ex : IA générative).
Profil Recherché :
- Bac 5 (Informatique, Ingénierie industrielle).
- 8 ans en gestion de programmes IT dans l'industrie (automobile, énergie, pharma, etc.).
- Expérience avec des éditeurs est un plus.
- Anglais professionnel impératif .
