Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
- Develop and execute account plans for key banking and financial clients.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers across IT, facilities, and sustainability departments.
Solution Selling
- Position Schneider Electric's integrated solutions: UPS, cooling, software (DCIM), services, and energy efficiency programs.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation and infrastructure modernization.
Customer Engagement
- Lead customer workshops, executive briefings, and innovation sessions.
- Act as a trusted advisor on energy resilience, regulatory compliance, and ESG goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, delivery, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and solution alignment.
- Coordinate with global and regional teams for multi-country accounts.
Market Intelligence & Growth
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
- Contribute to business development strategies and pipeline growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in key account management or enterprise sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of energy management, data center infrastructure, and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
