Ce poste est exclusivement ouvert aux ingénieurs Bac+5 (grandes écoles), avec minimum 5 ans d'expérience en QA/QC exclusivement dans la construction métallique ou du montage mécanique pour les secteurs Mining ou Oil&Gas.

Poste : QA/QC Manager Group

Lieu : Casablanca CFC, avec déplacements fréquents à l'international

Contrat : CDI – Temps plein

Missions principales

  • Maintenir et améliorer les systèmes et certifications qualité : ISO 3834-2, EN EXC4, ISO 9001, ISO 45001.
  • Piloter les projets de nouvelles certifications et reconduire celles existantes.
  • Coordonner et suivre les audits internes et externes.
  • Superviser les ITPs, Quality Plans et enregistrements qualité continus sur tous les sites.
  • Superviser et encadrer les ingénieurs QA/QC et les techniciens QC des différents sites, afin de garantir la performance et le respect des standards INDUPROJ.
  • Organiser les formations liées à la qualité et gérer l'acquisition des outillages qualité.
  • Conduire le projet de digitalisation avancée des processus qualité via l'ERP Odoo et des logiciels spécialisés (Sirfull, ....).
  • Suivre les indicateurs qualité (KPIs) et assurer un reporting régulier à la Direction.

Profil recherché

  • Ingénieur Bac+5 (
    grandes écoles d'ingénieurs
    ) en soudage ou mécanique – obligatoire.
  • Min.
    5 ans
    d'expérience en management qualité dans l'industrie métallique / mécanique lourde (EPC, Oil & Gas, Mining).
  • Excellente maîtrise des référentiels ISO 9001, ISO 3834, EN 1090, ISO 45001.
  • Expérience en audits, certifications, ERP et logiciels qualité.
  • Leadership, rigueur, sens de l'organisation et orientation résultats.
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais (oral & écrit). L'arabe est un atout.
