The Role of Sous-Chef – Cafeteria:

As part of the development of our staff restaurant dining experience, we are looking for a passionate, organized, and committed
Sous-Chef – Cafeteria
to join our vibrant culinary team.

Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Executive Chef, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations and ensuring consistent food quality and presentation. Your key duties will include:

• Assisting in the preparation and production of meals in line with hygiene and quality standards.
• Leading and motivating the team in the absence of the Senior Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
• Overseeing stock organization, rotation, and supply needs.
• Ensuring cost-effective portioning and minimizing food waste.
• Contributing to a respectful, team-oriented, and welcoming kitchen environment.

Our Ideal Sous Chef Employees Dining Restaurant candidate will have:

• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years Sous-Chef, ideally in staff dining, catering, or hotel settings.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and service-minded.

Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
