Control Manager - Propulsion System

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Defining and continuously updating the control architecture for the propulsion domain.

  • Leading the roadmap and technical direction for control functions, including torque management, energy management, and diagnostics.

  • Overseeing functional validation activities across SIL/HIL platforms and vehicle testing.

  • Ensuring full requirements traceability and compliance with industry standards throughout the development cycle.

  • Driving technical decision-making in coordination with Software Project Leaders, Hardware Leads, and the Calibration Manager.

  • Managing KPI reporting and risk tracking in a clear and consistent manner.

  • Contributing to technical or quality task forces and supporting rapid issue resolution during critical situations.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Master's degree or Engineering degree in Electronics, Automation, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development and testing using a Model-Based Design approach.

  • Strong understanding of conventional, hybrid, and electric powertrains.

  • Solid knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, and ASPICE standards.

  • Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink, INCA, CANoe, and PLM tools.

  • Experience in project management and leading technical teams.

  • Fluent communication skills in both French and English.
