1. Présentation du poste

Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client — une société industrielle marocaine spécialisée dans la fabrication et la commercialisation de produits d'entretien et de détergents — recrute un(e)
Brand Manager
chargé(e) d'assurer la gestion, la visibilité et la croissance des marques du groupe.

Le/La Brand Manager développe la stratégie marketing et veille à la cohérence de l'image de marque à travers l'ensemble des supports, tout en pilotant le lancement des nouveaux produits et la performance des gammes existantes.

2. Missions principales

A. Stratégie & Positionnement de Marque

  • Définir la stratégie globale des marques en cohérence avec les objectifs commerciaux et industriels.
  • Analyser le marché marocain des détergents : tendances, innovations, attentes consommateurs, concurrence locale.
  • Développer le positionnement, l'identité visuelle et les messages clés des marques.
  • Garantir la cohérence de la marque sur tous les supports (packaging, communication, PLV, digital).

B. Développement Produit & Innovation

  • Collaborer avec les équipes R&D et Production pour la création ou l'amélioration des produits (détergents liquides, poudres, gels, désinfectants…).
  • Participer au développement des packagings : design, formats, matières, étiquettes.
  • Piloter les plans de lancement des nouveaux produits.
  • Assurer une veille continue sur les innovations dans l'industrie des produits d'entretien.

C. Marketing Opérationnel & Communication

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre les campagnes marketing 360° (digital, trade marketing, promotion).
  • Développer les supports commerciaux : catalogues, fiches techniques, argumentaires de vente.
  • Gérer la communication digitale des marques : contenus, community management, campagnes sponsorisées.
  • Organiser des actions promotionnelles en grande distribution et sur le marché traditionnel.

D. Trade Marketing & Développement Commercial

  • Travailler étroitement avec l'équipe commerciale pour optimiser la visibilité en rayon.
  • Développer des outils trade marketing : PLV, présentoirs, promotions, animations.
  • Analyser les ventes par canal : GMS, circuit traditionnel, B2B industriel.
  • Soutenir les négociations commerciales par des analyses et argumentaires marketing.

E. Analyse & Reporting

  • Suivre les KPI marque : ventes, marges, parts de marché, performance promotionnelle.
  • Mesurer le ROI des campagnes marketing.
  • Proposer des plans d'action correctifs selon les performances et les retours du marché.
  • Élaborer des reportings réguliers pour la Direction.

3. Profil recherché

Formation

  • Bac+5 en Marketing, Communication, Commerce, ou équivalent.

Expérience

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience minimum dans une fonction similaire.
  • Une expérience en
