You live for storytelling, understand rhythm, and turn raw footage into content people actually finish? Join us.

What you'll do

  • Edit reels/shorts, YouTube videos, podcasts, and talking-head content.
  • Repurpose long-form into platform-native clips (IG/TikTok/YouTube).
  • Craft clean titles, subtitles, light motion, sound design, color, and mix for a premium look.
  • Nail the first 10 seconds (hook, pacing, structure) and propose smart cuts.
  • Collaborate with our content creation department to ship fast.
  • Bring references, trends, and ideas to the table.

What you bring

  • Mastery of Premiere Pro (or Final Cut/DaVinci) + After Effects for light motion.
  • Strong sense of framing, pacing, narrative, and aesthetics.
  • Export rigor (codecs, ratios, LUTs, compression, subtitles).
  • Platform literacy (YouTube/TikTok/IG) and signals (retention, watch time).
  • Team player, fast turnaround, reliable with deadlines.

Nice-to-haves (basics only)

  • Basic filming skills.
  • Basic lighting and sound setup.
