Position Overview

We are looking for a
Senior Video Editor
to lead the post-production process for our creative projects. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in storytelling, editing, and motion design, with a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of pace and rhythm. You will collaborate closely with directors, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver impactful videos that align with brand identity and campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities

Editing & Post-Production

  • Assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos (ads, social media content, documentaries, brand videos, etc.).
  • Apply color correction, grading, sound design, and visual effects.
  • Maintain consistency in style, tone, and branding across all outputs.

Creative Direction

  • Collaborate with creative leads to shape the narrative and visual style of projects.
  • Propose fresh editing approaches, transitions, and pacing to elevate storytelling.

Workflow & Management

  • Organize, archive, and manage large volumes of media assets efficiently.
  • Ensure all deliverables are optimized for multiple platforms (social, web, broadcast).
  • Stay updated on new editing tools, plug-ins, and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience
    : 5+ years in professional video editing, ideally in creative agencies, production studios, or media companies.

Technical Skills
:

  • Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in sound mixing and motion graphics.
  • Strong knowledge of color grading and LUTs.

Creative Skills
:

  • Exceptional storytelling ability with attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and audience engagement.

Other
:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing high-level editing and creative work.

Preferred:

  • Experience with 3D / animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D).
  • Familiarity with social media formats, trends, and viral storytelling.
  • Background in advertising or branded content.
