We are a concierge company based in Marrakech, specializing in short-term rental management on Airbnb and Booking. Our mission is to help property owners and investors maximize their income while delivering a premium experience to their guests.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Closer to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, presenting our concierge services, and closing contracts efficiently. This is a key role in driving the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients (property owners, investors, agencies).
- Present and promote our concierge services, highlighting their value.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and closing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of the real estate, hospitality, or concierge industry is a plus.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals quickly.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and dynamic.
- Languages: Arabic, English and French is desirable.
