We are a concierge company based in Marrakech, specializing in short-term rental management on Airbnb and Booking. Our mission is to help property owners and investors maximize their income while delivering a premium experience to their guests.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Closer to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, presenting our concierge services, and closing contracts efficiently. This is a key role in driving the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new clients (property owners, investors, agencies).
  • Present and promote our concierge services, highlighting their value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and closing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of the real estate, hospitality, or concierge industry is a plus.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals quickly.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and dynamic.
  • Languages: Arabic, English and French is desirable.
