To support our expansion, we are looking for a motivated After-Sales Service & Support Coordinator to strengthen our team.

Job Description:

The After-Sales Service & Support Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction after services are delivered. She will manage client communications, handle reclamations, organize and follow up on planning, and provide efficient support to guarantee smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact point for clients after service delivery.
  • Handle client reclamations with professionalism and provide quick solutions.
  • Manage and organize client planning and scheduling.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients and operational teams.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively follow up on feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on after-sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bac +2 in Management, Communication, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer support, after-sales, or coordination (conciergerie/hospitality experience is a plus).
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues effectively.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Languages: French required, Arabic preferred, English is a plus.
