Job Opening
: C&B Assistant / Specialist

Department:
Human Resources

Purpose of the Position:
To ensure all the C&B tasks and programs could be proceed on time with quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the monthly summary report of employee departures and onboarding for the previous month, accurately report the company's headcount as of the end of the previous month, and promptly update the organizational chart;
  • Timely complete other tasks related to compensation, performance evaluations, and related matters;
  • Collaborate and participate in the implementation of company adjustments to compensation and benefits policies;
  • Responsible for promptly processing employment and termination procedures, as well as employee payroll and attendance settlements;
  • Prepare and analyze various personnel statistical reports;
  • Timely complete monthly labor cost analysis reports (e.g., labor expenses) and maintain employee database information;
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports and ensure timely salary disbursement; complete CNSS submissions promptly;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Hiring Criteria:

Education
: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, Accounting, or related fields.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, attendance management, and related roles within large enterprises (over 500 employees) in manufacturing, chemical industries, or similar sectors.

Skills and Proficiencies:

Thorough understanding of Moroccan national personnel policies, laws, and regulations;

Proficiency in compensation and benefits management processes;

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel

Fluent English; Chinese language skills preferred.
