Apply now Learn more: BUILDING & UTILITIES PROCESS LEADWe are seeking a committed and analytical Building & Utilities Process Lead in Tetuan, Morocco, to report to the Engineering. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Building & Utilities Process Lead, you will be fully responsible for the efficient, reliable, and sustainable operation of all utility systems, including electricity, water, steam, compressed air, and chilled water. You will monitor system performance using BMS, analyze data, and prepare energy and utility performance reports to support business and sustainability targets. You will ensure all related processes meet JTI's operational and compliance standards by maintaining documentation such as ISO, IMS, IWS, and OPL. You will also lead loss elimination and performance improvement activities, contributing directly to the achievement of departmental KPIs.You will participate in DDS (Daily Direction Setting) meetings to report results, flag issues, and request resources. You will own and manage DMS processes including CL (Centerline), CO (Changeover), and CM (Change Management), standardize equipment and procedures, and lead 5S and Kaizen initiatives across utilities and energy areas. You will support and implement decarbonization and efficiency projects (e.g. solar PV, heat recovery), ensure full EHS and legal compliance, and contribute to talent development through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing across teams and processes.EDUCATIONUniversity (Master's) Degree in Engineering or similar (preferably Electromechanics)WORK EXPERIENCE1–3 years experience in a similar jobSKILLS· Engineering – EHS Understanding (Advanced level)· Team Management (Advanced level)· Maintenance Planning (Operational level)· Process Knowledge (Advanced level)· Utility Operating Knowledge (Operational level)· Project Management (Operational level)· Good knowledge of English & French· Strong PC skills (MS Office programs)· Competency in relevant SAP transactionsAre you ready to join us?
