Job Overview

Analyzes, evaluates, and prepares schedules for materials and lead time for each operation to support the meeting of shipping dates, customer orders, and sales forecasts.

Job Requirements
  • Educational Degree

    • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.

    Professional Experience

    • 3+ years in production planning or materials management in a manufacturing environment.

    • Proven experience improving supply chain performance.

    • Hands-on experience with supply chain planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

    • Automotive industry experience in a global organization is a plus.

    Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

    • Strong knowledge of supply chain/master planning and ERP systems.

    • Advanced IT skills, especially Excel.

    • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

    • Results-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

    • Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.

    • Good command of English (spoken and written).

What your background should look like

Educational Degree University degree or equivalent education

Professional Experience :


• Bachelor/master's degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent


• Minimum 3 years of Production planning or Materials management in a plant/manufacturing environment


• Proven track record of supply chain improvements and related performance improvement results


• Working experience with supply chain planning systems and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)


• Experience in the Automotive Sector within a global organisation is an advantage

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills


• Knowledge in supply chain/ master planning and ERP systems


• Strong IT systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills


• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills


• Results orientated and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines


• Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally


• Solid in English both written and spoken
