Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role located in the Casablanca for a Tech Lead. The Tech Lead will oversee the development team to drive the creation and implementation of innovative technical solutions. Responsibilities include leading the design and architecture of software systems, managing project timelines, troubleshooting technical challenges, and leading & mentoring team members. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet company and client objectives is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years in software development (building and scaling a SaaS)
- Expertise in DevOps, deployment pipelines, data systems, and cloud computing
- Understanding of software architecture, system integration, and performance optimization
- Experience with team leadership, project coordination, and mentoring
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Previous experience in healthcare industry is a plus
