𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞: 𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐏

We are looking for a 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 with strong functional testing expertise, solid technical skills, and excellent team leadership abilities — fully comfortable communicating in English.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Lead and coordinate the testing team.

Oversee functional testing activities and ensure quality deliverables.

Establish and improve testing processes and standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and clear communication.

Provide reporting, risk analysis, and quality insights to stakeholders.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞

𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

Leadership and team management experience.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (English mandatory).

Ability to challenge, structure, and drive testing initiatives.

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴)

Solid expertise in Functional Testing methods and best practices.

Mastery of test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, HP ALM, TestRail…).

Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).

Understanding of SQL for data validation.

Familiarity with automation concepts (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright — a plus).
