Description du poste :
Nous somme un centre de préparation aux universités anglophones à l'étranger, basé à Gauthier Casablanca. Nousrecherchons un(e) agent Front Desk polyvalent(e), chargé(e) d'accueillir les visiteurs, gérer les appels et messages WhatsApp, effectuer le premier screening des leads, et soutenir l'équipe dans diverses tâches administratives. Poste ouvert aux hommes et aux femmes.
Missions :
- Répondre aux leads WhatsApp et effectuer un premier tri.
- Répondre aux appels et orienter les demandes.
- Accueillir les visiteurs au centre.
- Mettre à jour Google Sheets.
- Support administratif général.
Horaires :
- Mardi : 13h–22h
- Mercredi : 13h–22h
- Jeudi : 13h–22h
- Vendredi : 14h–22h
- Samedi : 13h–22h
- Dimanche & Lundi : off
Profil recherché :
- Français et anglais courants (oral + écrit).
- À l'aise sur WhatsApp et au téléphone.
- Maîtrise de Google Sheets.
- Sérieux(se), organisé(e), bonne présentation.
- Disponible rapidement.
Type de contrat : Temps plein, sur site à Gauthier Casablanca.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: 5,000.00DH - 5,500.00DH per month
