This Business Operations Analyst is going to be performing an administrative and compliance role, working and collaborating with the Trade Compliance team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Receive Samples and requirements from Trade Compliance team.
Confirm information with the Sales Team and the customers, getting Purchase Orders to compare.
Share findings with the Trade Compliance team.
Use systems and tools to compare and identify discrepancies. (like Oracle)
Report discrepancies.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience in Sales, Operations or similar
Sales Workbench
Microsoft Excel, Outlook.
Advanced English skills
