As part of its growth, ARROW ECS is looking for a Credit Analyst
What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?
Job Complexity:
Support credit and collections activities and overall business needs.
Contact customers (by phone, email or mail) to follow up on overdue invoices and secure payment.
Assist with financial processes, including month-end close, basic reporting, and ad-hoc financial analyses, with additional availability required during month-end close periods.
Execute routine data-extraction requests from existing queries and respond to customer queries
What we are looking for:
At least 1 year experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in economics or related field.
Business fluency in English - additional French knowledge is nice to have
Very good communication skills and Customer Relationship Management.
Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
Negotiation skills, communication skills & presentation skills
Autonomous, proactive way of working
