Job Title : Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for our food delivery app (Kooul) aligned with business goals (brand awareness, engagement, acquisition, retention).
  • Define clear KPIs and benchmarks for success per platform.
  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Manage content calendars at a strategic level, ensuring campaigns are consistent with brand messaging and seasonal priorities.

Content & Campaign Direction

  • Provide creative direction for campaigns (themes, tone, storytelling angles) while collaborating with designer and content creator
  • Guide influencer and partnership strategies to expand brand reach.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across all channels.

Community & Brand Positioning

  • Build long-term engagement strategies to strengthen customer loyalty and advocacy.
  • Oversee crisis communication guidelines for social platforms.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Use analytics tools to measure performance, track KPIs, and identify actionable insights.
  • Translate insights into strategy improvements, content optimization, and audience growth initiatives.
  • Present monthly/quarterly reports to management with strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, CRM, product and sales teams to ensure social media supports overall business priorities.
  • Align with paid media to maximize the impact of organic and paid social campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced digital/consumer brand environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to turn insights into actions.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling social media strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in social media KPIs and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Up-to-date with latest social media trends, tools, and platform algorithms.
