Jets & Partners is looking for a social media manager to join our fast-paced, creative marketing team. If you're passionate about content creation, taking initiatives, storytelling—and you're ready to work on high-impact visuals for a premium industry—this role is for you.

Jets & Partners is a private jet advisory company headquartered in California USA, with a core office in Casablanca, Morocco. We specialize in private jet charter, medical evacuations, war zone evacuation, cargo, and sales & acquisition of aircraft. Morocco is our chosen place of business due to its strategic location, perfectly placed to lead the industry in the African continent. With more than 70 years of combined experience in the industry, we're already making way into the market.

Role Description

This is a full-time Social Media Manager position, located in Casablanca-Morocco. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing social media strategies according to brand guidelines and company vision
  • Managing social media accounts and calendars
  • Creating content for multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
  • Optimizing social media performance, and engaging with audiences in a timely manner
  • Content planning The role involves day-to-day tasks such as content planning, scheduling posts, monitoring social media trends, and analyzing performance metrics.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have the following skills and competencies:

  • 3-4 years of experience in managing Social Media content and strategies
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience with social media planning tools such as Buffer or Zoho Social
  • Proven experience in developing and executing engaging content, ideally with a portfolio
  • Ability to analyze social media performance metrics
  • Creative mindset with excellent organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with work management platforms such as , Jira, or Asana is a plus
  • Fluent French is a must
  • Professional English is necessary, as we work with international teams and clients
