Security Operational Manager

G4S Morocco
is looking to recruit for the position of
Guard Force Commander (Security Operational Manager ) based in Rabat ,
to oversee and lead our security personnel across all Client facilities. The GFC will manage the daily operations of the guard force, ensure compliance with procedures and standards, and maintain excellent communication with Client representatives. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and proven experience in managing large teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • The guard force commander shall be required to perform supervisory duties that may include all or part of the responsibilities set forth below:
  • Preparing of guard orders, deployment of guards and weekly scheduling;
  • Conducting inspections of guards and guard posts;
  • Investigating irregularities;
  • Preparing reports and making recommendations regarding discipline and termination actions;
  • Overseeing the training program to insure effectiveness;
  • Overseeing guard program logistics;
  • Acting as a point of contact with the client's representative on operational guard force matters

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the military, police, or professional guarding sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership roles, managing large and diverse security teams.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Morocco.
  • Fluency in Arabic, French, and English (spoken and written).
  • Computer literate, capable of preparing reports.
  • Advanced security training, with proven knowledge of risk management, incident response, and problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Valid Moroccan driver's license.
  • Solid understanding of security operations, compliance, and quality control.
