Job Title: Real Estate Sales Advisor

Job Summary:

As a Sales Advisor at Wolsen Real Estate, a U.S.-based brokerage located in Miami, you will serve as a vital connector between prospective buyers and their future homes. Specializing in Miami's dynamic real estate market, your primary objective is to guide clients through the property search and purchasing process, ensuring a smooth, informed, and satisfying experience at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Prequalification:

  • Assess and prequalify incoming leads to ensure they meet the minimum requirements for purchasing or renting a property.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate lead motivation, budget, financing readiness, and timeline.
  • Guide leads through the mortgage pre-approval process when necessary, collaborating with lenders to verify financial preparedness.
  • Prioritize high-intent leads and maintain a structured pipeline to optimize time and conversion rates.

2. Client Consultation:

  • Engage in in-depth consultations to capture clients' housing preferences, financial capabilities, and other essential criteria.
  • Offer insights into local real estate market trends, property valuations, and viable investment options.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the Miami area's market dynamics, property listings, emerging projects, and regulatory environment.

3. Property Presentation:

  • Utilize MLS tools to curate and present a selection of properties that align with clients' requirements.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations, both in-person and via virtual platforms like Zoom, highlighting the distinctive attributes and advantages of each property.
  • Encourage clients to attend showings and virtual tours, facilitating an immersive decision-making process.

4. Client Relationship Management:

  • Employ CRM systems to manage client data systematically and streamline follow-up activities.
  • Build enduring client relationships by delivering timely communication, addressing concerns proactively, and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Serve as the primary liaison during the purchase journey, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work in conjunction with brokers, agents, and the marketing department to maximize the effectiveness of collective skills and resources.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and professional development sessions to enhance skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales (real estate, tele-sales, inside sales, customer acquisition, or similar high-contact roles).
  • Ability to learn real estate market information quickly.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, comfortable speaking with warm inbound leads.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools, ability to adapt to CRM systems, MLS platforms, and virtual showing tools.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Type of Employment: Full-Time

Compensation: Basic salary + Commission
