Our client is an International master real estate developer with a stellar reputation for their luxury and innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive leadership of the master community delivery from concept through handover
- • Oversight of master planning, design management, and authority approvals
- • Accountability for programme, budget, cash flow, and risk management across all phases
- • Leadership of infrastructure, utilities, and vertical construction delivery
- • Management of consultants, contractors, and commercial frameworks
- • Senior stakeholder engagement with authorities, partners, and internal teams
- • Governance, reporting, and performance management at executive and board level
- • Embedding sustainability, ESG, and safety standards across the delivery lifecycle
Requirements:
- Must have minimum a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Must be a fluent French speaker
- Minimum of
8+ years' experience
in a senior management role - Proven track record delivering major master-plan or major developments
- Strong commercial and contractual expertise, and the ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams in complex environments
- Proven financial acumen and a deep understanding of budgeting and profit and loss statements.
