We rely on our analysts to develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for planning and control. Their technical analysis of present and future financial performance informs all kinds of management decisions and strategies. And their research has an impact on everything from acquisitions and investments to customer deals, working capital requirements, and forecasting.
Join us as a Financial Analysis Intern - End of Year Internship on our Finance team in Casablanca, Morocco, to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. The start date has been scheduled for March 2nd, 2026, and you will begin under an ANAPEC contract.
What you'll achieve
As a Finance Analysis Intern, you will support financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting activities, while assisting the team in evaluating business performance and contributing to data-driven decision-making.
You will:
- Monitor Sales Compensation Plan attainment and commission payout per individual, by respecting deadlines as per the Sales Compensation Plan Calendar and payroll calendar
- Effectively interact with Sales and Finance population and resolve questions and potential conflicts regarding Sales Compensation Plan; help other team members to solve their issues
- Perform business analysis on sales commissions to support management's understanding and decision-making
- Coordinate teamwork and backfill others when needed
- Ensure process compliance with the commission rules
