Le représentant commercial est chargé de vendre des produits ou services techniques tout en proposant des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients. Ce rôle allie compétences commerciales et techniques pour garantir la satisfaction client et atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités :

Prospection et développement commercial : Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients dans le secteur cible. Gérer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients existants.

Présentation des produits : Présenter les produits et services de manière technique et convaincante, en expliquant leurs avantages et leurs spécificités.

Rédaction d'offres commerciales : Élaborer des propositions commerciales adaptées aux besoins des clients et aux capacités de l'entreprise.

Négociation et suivi des contrats : Négocier les conditions commerciales, signer les contrats et assurer le bon suivi des commandes.

Assistance technique : Fournir une expertise technique lors des échanges avec les clients afin de résoudre d'éventuels problèmes ou de répondre à des questions spécifiques.

Veille concurrentielle et marché : Suivre l'évolution du marché, les tendances et les offres concurrentielles afin d'ajuster la stratégie commerciale.

Profil recherché et qualifications :

  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
  • Compétences avérées en présentation commerciale et relation client
  • Sens du service client et excellente capacité de communication
  • Expérience significative dans la vente ou dans un poste avec contact direct clientèle
  • Autonomie, esprit d'équipe
  • Solides compétences en négociation et en conclusion de ventes
  • Diplôme universitaire en commerce, ou discipline similaire
  • Permis de conduire de catégorie B exigé
