Nous recherchons un Manager Consulting basé à Casablanca pour rejoindre notre équipe et piloter des missions stratégiques dans le domaine des systèmes d'information.

Missions principales :

  • Management des équipes : encadrer, former et accompagner les consultants dans leur montée en compétences;
  • Interface client : être le point de contact principal, comprendre les besoins et assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction;
  • Gestion des appels d'offres : structurer et répondre aux propositions techniques, défendre les solutions proposées;
  • Direction de projets : coordonner des missions de conseil, garantir la qualité des livrables et le respect des engagements;
  • Développement commercial : participer à la croissance du cabinet en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités;
  • Expertise technique : intervenir sur des sujets liés à l'infrastructure, au cloud et à la data

Profil recherché :

  • 9 à 10 ans d'expérience, idéalement en cabinet de conseil en SI
  • Consultant SI senior, capable d'apporter des réponses techniques aux appels d'offres
  • À l'aise avec les relations humaines, leadership affirmé et capacité à fédérer
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation (speecher)
  • Anglais courant indispensable
  • Poste basé sur site
