Nous cherchons à recruter un Sales Manager dynamique et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe chez Interface. Le Sales Manager sera responsable de la planification, de l'exécution et de l'optimisation de toutes les activités de vente. Cette fonction requiert une solide compréhension du marché et des résultats basés sur la performance. Le candidat idéal démontrera une capacité à développer des stratégies de vente intégrées, à établir des relations clients durables et à atteindre les objectifs de vente fixés.

Responsibilities
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans d'action stratégiques pour atteindre les objectifs de vente trimestriels et annuels
  • Gérer et motiver l'équipe de vente pour optimiser la performance et atteindre les objectifs
  • Identifier les opportunités de marché et développer des relations avec des clients clés
  • Suivre les tendances du marché et fournir des rapports détaillés à la direction
  • Organiser et exécuter des présentations de vente pour les clients potentiels
  • Collaborer avec les équipes marketing pour développer des campagnes de vente efficaces
  • Assurer le suivi des performances des ventes et ajuster les stratégies si nécessaire

Requirements

  • Diplôme en vente, marketing ou domaine connexe
  • Expérience professionnelle avérée en tant que Sales Manager ou poste similaire
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation
  • Solides compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe
  • Capacité à analyser des données de vente et à élaborer des stratégies à partir des résultats
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et des outils de vente
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs priorités à la fois
