Role Purpose

The
Business Development Manager – North Africa & Middle East
is responsible for
expanding commercial presence and client portfolio within the assigned region
. This includes building strategic relationships with
private jet operators, charter brokers, corporate flight departments, FBOs, and aviation authorities
, while driving sustainable revenue growth across key markets.

This role requires a
hands-on commercial approach
, strong relationship development skills, and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a
    regional commercial development plan
    aligned with HADID's global growth strategy.
  • Identify and pursue
    new business opportunities
    with operators, brokers, FBOs, and aviation service providers in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with aviation decision-makers and operational stakeholders.
  • Promote HADID flight support services (permits, handling, supervision, fuel, VIP/FBO services) to existing and new clients.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence to identify service needs, partnerships, and local expansion opportunities.
  • Represent HADID in industry meetings, tenders, negotiations, and regional aviation forums.
  • Collaborate with internal operational and trip support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Report on commercial performance, pipeline progress, and revenue growth forecasts.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Industry Experience
    Minimum 4–7 years in
    business aviation, charter operations, flight support, or FBO services
    . Airline-only experience is not sufficient.
  • Sales & Relationship Management
    Proven ability to
    open markets
    , establish new partnerships, and drive commercial growth.
  • Regional Exposure
    Strong working knowledge of
    North Africa and/or GCC aviation markets
    .
  • Languages Fluent French
    and
    English
    required;
    Arabic strongly preferred
    .
  • Network
    Existing relationships with
    operators, brokers, or FBO networks
    is highly advantageous.
  • Travel Flexibility
    Willingness to travel regionally for client visits and aviation events.

    Base salary + monthly sales bonus + annual incentive
  • Package is
    inclusive of all relocation or living costs
