UX/UI Designer – Fintech & High-Stakes Interaction

Location: Marrakech, Morocco (On-site only – this is non-negotiable) Salary: 11,000 to 15,000 MAD net / month Focus: Fintech UX

You don't design to decorate. You design to trigger.

First things first.

If you're still moving rectangles because they "look nicer that way," this is not for you.

If, however:

  • You structure emotion through interaction.
  • You believe a confirmation screen for a bank transfer deserves more love than a homepage hero.
  • You're not here for trends but for usability with depth…

Then you're in the right place.

The Mission (Real Deal, No Buzzwords)

You'll join the UX/UI squad on a confidential mobile banking app, launching across the MENA region.

It's:

  • High-visibility: Your work will be seen and used by millions.
  • Security-heavy: Precision and trust are paramount.
  • Purpose-driven: Designed to help people manage money without anxiety.

You'll be part of a real product team, working with:

  • PMs who ask "why," not just "when."
  • Devs who respect your margin rules.
  • Reviewers who speak design system, not just "make it pop."

This isn't a playground. It's a craft arena.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of real UX/UI experience, with at least one project in banking, fintech, or transactional apps.
  • Spoken English proficiency (yes, spoken — you'll be talking to UK/US teammates daily).
  • A solid grip on Figma: components, auto-layouts, variables, and smart prototyping.
  • Experience working with design systems, or better — having built one.
  • Comfort working in a cross-functional product team (agile flow, feedback loops, usability testing).
  • The ability to explain your choices, not just your colors.

What We're NOT Looking For

  • "Still learning Figma but I'm super passionate."
  • "I've only done landing pages and login screens."
  • "I'm a graphic designer trying to switch to UX."
