Nazli Tech School is a newly established online tech school that is rapidly growing. Nazli Tech School offers various high-level programming languages, computer science, software engineering, science, and math courses to students globally. We recently launched new courses that are unique to our school. These courses include AI and Machine Learning, AI Prompt Engineering Course, Data Science and Modelling Course, Database Management Systems, System Analysis and Design(SDLC- Software Development Proposal), Website Design and Development, Game Design and Development, Expert System Design and Development, and 3D Pen Printing. Additionally, we have many exciting projects in sight that will be launched to elevate our school's status in both the education and tech worlds. We provide students with a unique learning experience, guaranteeing them the opportunity to acquire the skills and techniques required to succeed in their careers upon completing any of our courses. Additionally, Nazli Tech School strongly believes in providing students with a learning experience that is strongly concentrated on practical application alongside theoretical knowledge.

We are looking for a talented and dedicated affiliate marketer who has experience in digital and traditional marketing to join our school´s leadership in building a strong social media presence for Nazli Tech School, with the skills to expand our school´s presence and student base in Morocco. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Affiliate Marketer in Morocco to join our team. This is a commission-based role where you will be responsible for promoting our online courses and programs to a global audience. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in digital marketing, a strong understanding of performance-based marketing, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective online and in-person marketing campaigns to drive student enrollment. This includes but is not limited to content creation, social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Promote Our Courses: Actively promote our online courses and programs through your own channels, such as your website, blog, social media platforms, or email lists. And establish partnerships with high schools, educational consultancies, and community organizations locally organizing workshops, open houses, guest lectures, etc.
• Generate Leads and Enrollments: Drive traffic to our website and convert leads into paying students using your unique affiliate link. Your primary goal is to increase the number of students who enroll in our courses.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, affiliate marketing best practices, and changes in the online education landscape.
• Collaborate with Our Team: Work with our leadership team to understand our course offerings, target audience, and promotional materials. Provide feedback and insights to help us improve our affiliate program.
• Maintain Brand Integrity: Represent our brand professionally and ethically in all your marketing efforts, ensuring all promotions are truthful and compliant with our brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Degree Certificate: Bachelor's or Master´s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• A Technocrat: Be comfortable using the latest technological and AI marketing tools to promote our school
• Experience: Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Self-Motivation: A highly self-motivated and disciplined individual who can work independently and manage their own workload effectively.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create compelling and persuasive marketing content.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, Google Analytics, and various social media and email marketing tools.
• Results-Oriented: A strong focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Knowledge of the E-learning Industry: An understanding of the online and in-person education market in Morocco and the motivations of online and in-person learners is a plus.

Compensation:

• This is a commission-based position.
• You will earn a competitive commission for every student who enrolls in our courses through your unique affiliate link.
• Commission rates depend on the course. A tiered commission structure is in place to reward high-volume affiliates."
